Hello from Bali! One of my resolutions while I'm here is to finally get all of my back logged content uploaded and free to roam the world. So let's start with one of my 2017 highlights: I had the best time creating bridal hair and makeup looks with the Social Beauty Co bridal team for the Bliss Wedding Showcase. We created a dozen or so looks for the bridal fashion show featuring designs by SF based bridal couture designer Atelier des Modistes.
The vision for the models was glowy, luminous skin and goddess-y hair with accent braids. Right up my alley. Keep scrolling for before and after shots, as well as some other behind the scenes content. I worked on four or five ladies but as I'm a HMUA and not a photographer I didn't end up with the best iPhone pics of them, ha!
Here's a pic of one of my models by the official event photographer Grier Cooper (click the pic for her post on the event, including some gorgeous photos of the location):
Many thanks to Bliss Wedding Showcase and the ladies of the salon formerly known as Social Beauty Company! I loved working for SBCo in the last few months before they closed. All of the makeup that we used for the event was their in house line.
